DO YOU HAVE A SHOP WE CAN VISIT?
You can come to our work shop to discuss your order and see samples by appointment only. This is to ensure we are not half way through a print run when you turn up. We'd hate for you to have to wait for us! So if you would like to swing by, get in touch!
HOW LONG IS TURN AROUND?
This all depends on your needs. It can be anywhere from 1-3 weeks. However we do offer express service (if our suppliers can work to this deadline) for an extra cost.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Hell yeah! We offer delivery straight to your door meaning we can supply custom apparel anywhere in Australia!
CAN YOU PRINT A COLOUR PHOTOGRAPH?
Nope! Not yet, but this is something we would love to be able to do in the future. Its in the back of our minds so watch this space.
DO YOU OFFER DESIGN WORK?
We offer basic design work, please get in touch for your requirements. This is charged on an hourly rate and a minimum charge of $50 for any edit.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNT FOR LARGER QUANTITIES?
The great thing about screen printing is the more you buy, the more you save! So yes, larger quantities make unit prices smaller.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
For screen printing, our minimum order is 10 prints. You may still order 4 if thats all you need, but minimum charge is for 10 prints.
HOW DO I PROVIDE MY ARTWORK?
Please provide your artwork in either PDF, EPS or Adobe Illustrator file. Vector images preferred. Please send us your artwork at info@theprintshack.com.au if you are unsure and we will get in touch.
